I painted this today after driving past this in Chester, Vermont. The State of Vermont has been using the "Stimulas" money to upgrade and beautify roadways in Vermont. As we drove past this, workers were power-blasting some of the loose rock formations - It looks beautiful! This is available on Ebay. Click Here!
